Recorded readings delivered via Dropbox may include a client's first name and the date of the reading; no billing, contact, or other identifying information is stored there.

Data is retained until you unsubscribe or for up to three years, whichever comes first. Stella Wilde LLC will ask you to confirm your preferences before removal. Legal records (e.g., for tax purposes) will be stored for up to seven years as required.

All payment processing is handled by Gumroad (for digital products, courses, and seminars) and by Stripe (for readings booked through Acuity Scheduling), depending on the checkout method used. As the Merchant of Record for digital product purchases, Gumroad also handles applicable sales tax.
