Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to digital products, downloads, and seminars sold by Stella Wilde LLC, including digital PDF products, digital art downloads, and recorded seminars. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

✧ No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once your payment is complete and access to the product has been delivered or made available.

✧ Delivery & Access

Products are delivered in one of two ways, depending on the product:

By download — certain products (such as PDF guides and digital art prints) are delivered as downloadable files. Each download product comes with a limited number of download attempts. It is your responsibility to download and save your files promptly. Expired or exhausted download links will not be reissued. If your access expires before you have saved your files, you will need to purchase the product again.

Through the Kajabi platform — certain products (such as seminars, and other products as designated) are delivered through, and accessed within, your account on the Kajabi platform. Access to these products is provided for a set period, and in any case only for so long as Stella Wilde LLC continues to operate the relevant platform and business. Access is not permanent and is not guaranteed for any indefinite or lifetime period. Stella Wilde LLC does not guarantee continued availability of any product, platform, or account access, and access may end if the business closes, changes hands, or discontinues the product or platform. It is your responsibility to access and make use of your purchase promptly.

✧ Personal Use Only

All materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, upload, redistribute, or post any content — including text, excerpts, or images — to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, or to any other website or public platform. You may not use any part of these materials in your business, content, or client work. All content is the copyright of Stella Wilde LLC. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

These Terms of Purchase are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the full Terms of Use, which govern all use of Stella Wilde LLC content. Please review the Terms of Use for the complete terms covering ownership, permitted use, and prohibited use of all Company content.

✧ Payment & Privacy

Payments are securely processed via Gumroad, a PCI-compliant provider. Stella Wilde LLC does not store or access your credit card details. Charges on your statement will appear as Stella Wilde or an affiliated payment processor name.
