We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.

Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to all digital products, downloads, and digital access experiences sold by Stella Wilde LLC, including but not limited to PDF products, digital downloads, recorded seminars, and the Stellascope access experience. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

By completing your purchase (or by checking the box / clicking “Buy Now”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase.

1. NO REFUNDS

All sales are final. Because these are digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. DELIVERY AND ACCESS

Products are delivered either as downloadable files or via access through the Kajabi platform, depending on the product type. Downloadable products (including but not limited to PDF guides and digital files) are delivered via download links. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to download and securely store all files promptly. Download limits may apply. Expired or exhausted download links will not be reissued. Download links may be subject to availability or platform limitations. Purchasers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their files after purchase. Platform-based products, including but not limited to seminars, memberships, and the Stellascope access experience, are delivered through the purchaser’s Kajabi account. Access requires account creation and login. Access credentials are personal to the purchaser. Access is granted for as long as Stella Wilde LLC continues to make the product available. Access is not guaranteed to be permanent, continuous, or lifetime. Stella Wilde LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or access at any time without notice.

3. STELLASCOPE ACCESS

Access to the Stellascope experience is granted on an individual basis and is tied to the purchaser’s account. Access may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or made available to any other person. Login credentials and account access must not be shared or distributed. The purchaser may not bypass, attempt to bypass, or facilitate the bypassing of any access controls. Stella Wilde LLC reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke access to Stellascope or any related content in the event of misuse, violation of these terms, or abuse of access. Stella Wilde LLC may also update, modify, or discontinue the Stellascope experience at any time without liability.

4. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

All products and content are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. The purchaser may not: share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish any content upload, post, or display any content on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or similar platforms upload content to any website, blog, forum, file-sharing service, or any public or private platform reproduce, copy, scrape, screen record, or otherwise replicate content in any form modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content use content in business, client work, commercial services, or use content to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar systems.

All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Stella Wilde LLC. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

5. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Stella Wilde LLC does not store or have access to full payment card details. Charges may appear on the purchaser’s statement as Stella Wilde or a related payment processor descriptor.

Any attempt to dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback after receiving the digital product or access may be contested. You agree that the product was delivered as described in these Terms.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY

Stella Wilde LLC reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue any product, including digital access experiences such as Stellascope, at any time without notice or liability. Stella Wilde LLC is not responsible for platform availability, technical interruptions, or changes to third-party services such as Kajabi.

7. GOVERNING LAW CLAUSE

These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Stella Wilde LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of any product. Stella Wilde LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. DISCLAIMER

The products and content provided by Stella Wilde LLC are intended for educational, informational, personal development, and entertainment purposes only. Astrology, tarot, and related spiritual practices are interpretive tools and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.

Stella Wilde LLC makes no guarantees regarding any particular outcome, result, manifestation, financial gain, relationship outcome, personal transformation, or other specific result from the use of any product or content. Individual experiences will vary, and purchasers remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.
